Sanitation

Sanitation is the single most important aspect of quality assurance.  House of Thaller’s exceptional sanitation program is accomplished through a set of operating guidelines called SSOP’s.  Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures outline every step and every detail of ensuring a clean plant and product.  This includes handling, employee hygiene, equipment and building  maintenance, and cleaning. Detailed training is conducted to reinforce and carry through these procedures.
